Happiness can be chosen today, but you must first decide what you will think think about.

Do not be afraid to face the testing, for God is seeking for you to bear the good fruit of the True Vine.

As the Christian goes through subsequent trials, our hearts are being purified. When we glorify God through these trials, the dross plaguing the heart is removed and we will shine with the pure light of the Refiner.

When we go through extended periods without encouragement, sin creeps in and robs us of the joy of remembering God's promises and steadfast love.
